We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of our products, solutions, and services across Europe and MENA. This senior leadership role is pivotal in aligning company strategy with operational execution and customer success. You will oversee cross-functional teams across implementation, operations, and customer success, ensuring consistent quality, scalability, and digital transformation throughout all delivery functions. Experience in intralogistics, logistics automation, or large-scale operational technology environments is highly valuable, as many of our solutions involve the intersection of software, automation, and systems integration.
Develop and execute a scalable delivery strategy aligned with company objectives and client expectations.
Drive operational excellence through optimized workflows, resource allocation, and rigorous quality assurance.
Oversee project delivery for complex, software-enabled systems in logistics, intralogistics, and automation domains.
Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service quality, proactive issue management, and successful go-live outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to ensure seamless delivery from design to operation.
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to delivery performance, customer success, and operational efficiency.
Lead and develop high-performing delivery and commissioning teams through mentorship, structured feedback, and growth programs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
Champion digital enablement, leveraging automation, data insights, and AI to improve productivity and customer experience.
8+ years of proven leadership in delivery, operations, or customer success within a software, automation, or technology services environment.
Hands-on experience in logistics, intralogistics, or warehouse automation projects.
Strong background in strategic execution, process optimization, and cross-functional program management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Experience leading digital transformation or system integration initiatives is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
